Our 10 newly remodeled office spaces are perfect for single-person use. Each space is unfurnished, allowing you to customize it to your preferences. With fresh laminate flooring and a modern design, you'll enjoy a professional and welcoming environment to grow your business.

Our spacious conference room accommodates up to 40 people and offers flexible setup options with six smaller tables that can be combined into one long table. Featuring plush leather chairs, a smart TV, and all necessary tech hookups, it's ideal for meetings, conferences, and events. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building.

Film Studio
The Production House’s film studio is a versatile space with infinity walls and dedicated corners for green, white, and black screens. Whether you need to build sets or bring in your own, our studio can adapt to your needs. With rentable lighting equipment and built-in lights, you have all the tools for a successful shoot. Located in a secluded area downstairs, the studio ensures privacy and minimal disruption.
